With a dill and lemon crème fraiche and thinly sliced treacle bread and butter

Sautéed Foie Gras on toasted brioche
Served with a sweet whiskey and onion marmalade and a spiced apple, pickled walnut and watercress salsa

Our own mature air dried Ham thinly sliced
With watermelon, fresh raspberries, mini leaves and a Roquefort dressing

Goat’s Cheese, Onion and Red Pepper Marmalade
Crispy Filo Handbag and served with a baked stuffed fig

Topped with creamy parsnip and smoked cheddar mash and trickled with a red berry compote

Served with crushed new potatoes, crayfish tortellini and a lobster bisque

Pumpkin, Chestnut and Woodland Mushroom Risotto
Drizzled with truffle oil and complemented with a parmesan, rocket, lemon and black olive salad
